When you have placed an order through our web shop you have agreed to the terms stated below and entered a binding contract. Shortly after your order is placed you will get an email confirming your purchase, stating which object(s) the order consist of as well as total price, including shipping and method of such. Pick up in the store
All objects that you purchase at our web shop can also be picked up directly at the store at Hökens gata 4, 116 46, Stockholm, Sweden. The object will be available at the store the following day during normal opening hours Wed-Fri 12-18, Sat 11-16. If you would like to pick up the object at an earlier time point, please contact us and we will see if this is possible. With this alternative we store all objects up to one month with no additional cost.
We send all smaller objects with the Swedish post or DB schenker, domestic as well as international. We send objects twice every week, Tuesdays and Fridays. Normal shipping time for domestic orders is 2-5 business days. Normal shipping time for international orders vary a lot but the customer should expect up to two weeks from the next coming shipping day.
The customer should note that during holidays, such as Christmas, the time for delivery might be longer. We supply tracing number for every individual order. Following this all shipments can be followed at www.posten.se or www.dbschenker.com. We gladly answer all questions about delivery status and will make sure you feel as comfortable as possible during the time the goods are on its way towards you.

Large or very heavy objects
When you order objects that are large or very heavy, there will be a note saying "the item cannot be shipped through the standard shipping method” in the object info.

This means that we will find out the best shipping quote for your object and present it to you as soon as possible. The order will not be completed until you accept the shipping quote provided by us.
Collect at the store
This means that you accept to collect the object at the store at Hökens gata 4, Stockholm. This is free of charge.
We take full responsibility that the goods reach you in its original condition, as stated on the website, until the object is either collected by the buyer or delivered by the shipping company. If something is not in order and the goods have been damaged during transportation we suggest the customer to note this directly with the shipping firm in question to avoid any dispute arising from this.
Orders outside of Sweden: duty, customs charges, tax, and VAT.
It is the customer’s responsibility to cover all unforeseen costs such as duty, customs charges, tax etc. applied to their order in designated country. This applies for all orders outside of Sweden. Where you've requested delivery to a EU address, the price paid for the product and the delivery service will usually include Swedish VAT, which will be shown on your VAT receipts issued to you by Butiken Republiken. Where you're not a Swedish resident and you've ordered products for delivery by Butiken Republiken to a non-EU address, both the products and the delivery service will normally be zero-rated, with no Swedish VAT chargeable on either. However, the price paid by you for the products and delivery services will. However, in most cases, we will reduce the shipping fee to a non-EU address to compensate.
